1. Information We Do NOT Collect

When using our standalone desktop applications and browser extensions:

• No User Documents: Your PDF invoices, scanned receipts, OCR outputs, and text prompts never leave your local machine.
• No API Keys or Secrets: Any API keys configured in tools like AI Bridge are stored strictly in local encrypted system vaults and are never transmitted to Quantum Sip.
• No Telemetry or Usage Analytics: We do not log when you launch our applications, how many documents you process, or what rules you execute.

2. Information Processed During Purchase

When you purchase a lifetime license or product via our storefront (Gumroad):

• Payment Processing: Transactions are handled securely by Gumroad, Inc. and their payment processors (Stripe / PayPal / Apple Pay). Quantum Sip does not receive, store, or have access to your credit card numbers or banking credentials.
• Customer Identification: We receive your email address, purchase timestamp, and license key solely for automated digital download delivery and customer support verification.

3. Website Cookies & Tracking

The Quantum Sip website (quantumsip.co.uk) does not deploy third-party advertising cookies, cross-site behavioral tracking scripts, or data-broker pixels. Our site is hosted via Cloudflare Pages for high performance and DDoS resilience, utilizing standard ephemeral server-edge access logs.

4. Compliance with UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you possess rights regarding any personal data we hold (such as your order confirmation email):

• The right to access, rectify, or erase your order records.
• The right to data portability.
• The right to object to processing.
