1. License Grant & Software Ownership
Upon purchasing a license for any Quantum Sip software product (including DropDoc, DropDoc PRO, AIF Guard, AI Answer Auditor, and Quantum AI Bridge), Quantum Sip grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and execute the software on the number of personal devices specified in your license tier (e.g., 2 PCs for Solo/Developer tiers, 5 PCs for Pro/Family tiers).
All intellectual property rights, source code architectures, trade secrets, logos, and algorithms remain the exclusive property of Quantum Sip Research and Jeff Stevenson.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS-IS")
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL QUANTUM SIP SOFTWARE, SCHEMATICS, FIRMWARE, AND WEB SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. QUANTUM SIP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Quantum Sip Research, its principals (Jeff Stevenson), developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of business profits, business interruption, tax penalties, system downtime, or procurement of substitute software) arising out of the use or inability to use our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
In all circumstances, the total aggregate liability of Quantum Sip for any and all claims shall be strictly capped at the actual purchase price paid by the user for the specific product license.
4. Product-Specific Advisory Disclaimers
📂 DropDoc & DropDoc PRO (Invoice & Document Filing)
DropDoc is a productivity filing utility designed to automate file renaming and directory organization. It does not constitute a certified accounting, bookkeeping, or tax advisory service.
- Users are strictly responsible for verifying extracted dates, vendor names, amounts, and tax totals before submitting documentation to tax authorities (e.g., HMRC, IRS).
- Users must maintain independent backups of all critical financial documents and source directories. Quantum Sip is not liable for data loss or misfiled items.
🛡️ AIF Guard & TMAL Shield (AI Data Privacy & Firewall)
AIF Guard executes heuristic, pattern-based, and local redaction filters on outgoing browser traffic to mitigate confidential data leakage.
- No automated security filter can guarantee 100% interception of all evolving, novel, or adversarial zero-day prompt injection evasion techniques.
- AIF Guard is an assistive layer of defense-in-depth and does not replace organizational data governance, access controls, or human vigilance.
⚡ AI Answer Auditor (Hallucination & Epistemic Checker)
AI Answer Auditor scans text for statistical hallucination markers, ungrounded figures, and semantic contradictions.
- The software generates risk flags and verification suggestions; it does not certify or guarantee the factual truth, legal validity, or safety of any AI output.
- Never execute critical code, administer medications, or enter binding legal/financial commitments based solely on automated verification scores without independent human professional review.
🔧 Physical Hardware Schematics (Hydro-Drain & Aero-Drain)
All engineering dossiers, thermodynamic equations, and structural CAD packages are developmental research deliverables for OEM evaluation and licensed manufacturing.
- Any physical prototype assembly, pressurized refrigerant work, or mains electrical installation must be performed strictly by certified, licensed HVAC/electrical tradespersons adhering to statutory safety codes (F-Gas, EPA 608, CE/UKCA).
- Aftermarket modification of OEM heating/cooling equipment may void manufacturer warranties.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
